Miranda Lambert shared sweet photos with husband Brendan McLoughlin to celebrate the couple’s anniversary on Sunday (January 26). Lambert marked six years married to McLoughlin, and wrote in her caption: “I’ll love you forever.”

Lambert and McLoughlin met when the powerhouse country star performed with the Pistol Annies (which also includes Ashley Monroe and Angaleena Presley) on Good Morning America in November 2018. McLoughlin, a former New York police officer, worked security for the performance. Lambert and McLoughlin began their whirlwind romance, and just a few months later, tied the knot on January 26, 2019. Lambert revealed around Valentine’s Day that year that she married McLoughlin on a farm outside Nashville, Tennessee. She wrote in a post at that time, in part: “I met the love of my life. And we got hitched! My heart is full.”

Since then, the married couple continued to share a few glimpses into their life together. McLoughlin, for example, wrote in a tribute to Lambert on her 41st birthday in November: “Another year around the sun. Happy birthday to the most selfless, loving and genuine person I know. You are the most amazing animal mom, the best life partner, the most adventurous travel partner, and soon to be the most fun golf partner. Wishing you the best of birthdays. I love you ❤️❤️”
