An end to the blanket battles …Cover hogs can make for some sleepless nights and even problems in your relationship. Well, there’s a simple solution to those blanket battles – separate bedding. In Europe, especially Scandinavian countries, using separate bedding is very common. Basically it’s just separate comforters for each person – and a shared fitted sheet. "When I make the suggestion -- maybe use separate covers so they don’t fight over the covers -- they kind of look at you quizzically, like it's such an obvious thing to suggest, but it didn't occur to them," sleep specialist Dr. Rafael Pelayo tellsGood Housekeeping. "It's not a routine recommendation, but if somebody is telling me that they're having concerns about one person moving too much or they're uncomfortable in their bed because they're fighting over covers, I suggest, why can't you get two blankets? It seems to make sense."

Speaking of sleeping ...

Snuggle up with your favorite nugget …chicken nugget, that is. McDonalds has teamed up withTravis Scott on merch ranging from T’s to hats to slippers. But it seems one of the most popular items is a 3-foot-long chicken nugget body pillow. It’s an expensive nugget too – retailing at 90 bucks. All items in the collection are currently sold out, but McDonald’s says it is replenishing stock in the next few days. Just in time for the holidays … (Insider)

Not a Peep …There won’t be any Peeps made for Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas this year ... or Valentine’s Day next year. Just Born Quality Confections, which makes the sugary marshmallow treats, had to suspend production due to coronavirus, and while limited production has started again, they are focusing now on producing Peeps for next Easter. “This situation resulted in us having to make the difficult decision to forego production of our seasonal candies for Halloween, Christmas and Valentine’s Day in order to focus on meeting the expected overwhelming demand for Peeps for next Easter season, as well as our everyday candies,” the company said. A good reason to sweat …New research has found that people who exercise at least four times a week are happier and more successful than people who don’t exercise regularly. And the difference is significant. According to the survey, those working out four to seven times a week reported much higher levels of happiness (75% vs. 25%) and success (74% vs. 26%) when compared to those who only worked out one to three times a week.

Guitar sales up …Lots of people are using their time at home to learn a new skill – like playing an instrument. According to the New York Times, guitar sales are experiencing a surge. In fact, Andy Mooney, the chief executive of Fender, says that the company is poised to have a record year. Companies like Gibson, Martin and Taylor are also seeing higher sales.
