Randoms-Proof You can make any Costume Sexy, Fur is out at Macy's, & More

Think you can handle scary? Think again. A haunted house dubbed the scariest in the world requires visitors to sign a 40-page waiver, pass a physical exam and a background check, provide proof of medical insurance and be at least 21 years of age. Oh, and no one has made it through the entire attraction. Russ McKamey, who owns the haunted McKamey Manor in Summertown, Tennessee, requires only a bag of dog food for his five pups as the price of admission. The prize for finishing is $20,000 … but no one has ever collected. (UPI)

Fur out …Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s have announced they will stop selling fur by February 2021. Earlier this month, California became the first state to ban the sale of fur, beginning in 2023. And New York City is also considering a ban on the sale of fur. (NBC News)

Here’s some motivation to get in shape …A study from the University of Sydney found that if you are overweight or obese in your 20s – it can take up to 10 years off of your life.

Further proof that any costume can be made “sexy” …Online retailer Yandy is selling a sexy “Sold Out” Popeye’s chicken sandwich. No, we're not kidding. (NY Post)

Why do people cheat on business trips?A survey found that 36% of men and 13% of women admitted to cheating on their partners when they were on business trips. The reason? It’s not sex. It’s escapism. Mainly, being someone you’re not when you’re at home. According to Christine Snyder, a therapist who specializes in treating couples after one of them has an affair, "Going out of town for business allows people to try on a fantasy life -- one without quarreling with your spouse about your dirty socks on the floor, coordinating carpools for your kids’ soccer practices, or sitting in your cubicle like most other days of the week." This may be another reason: Over 70% of respondents said they drank too much alcohol on business trips. (Your Tango)
