WOW! Danica Patrick Is In Crazy Good Shape!

We all know that Danica Patrick is in AMAZING shape, but WOW!  She will certainly be in tip-top condition when she runs her final Indy 500 in May.  She's amazing!  And I feel bad about myself that I'm sitting in a chair typing this while she's doing that lol.

She posted these workouts on her Instagram last week.

And part 2.... well technically part 4 of the workout, but wod part b. 10 min amrap- 10 pull ups 20 hand stand shoulder taps 30 double unders (6+4) .....yes I do my DU backwards. Rx+ šŸ˜œ
